Return & Refund Policy

At Tamish Creations, every murti is carefully checked and packed before dispatch. If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, we are happy to help with a return as per the policy below.

Unboxing Video is Mandatory

A return request is valid only if it is supported by a clear, uncut unboxing video. The video must show:

  • The sealed parcel being opened from the start (do not pause or edit the video)
  • The complete product being taken out of the packaging
  • The damage, defect, or the exact reason for the return clearly visible on camera

Return requests without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.

Return Window is within 3 Days

You can request a return within 3 days of the product being delivered. Requests made after 3 days will not be eligible.

Once we receive and verify your product video, your refund will be initiated to your account within 4 business days.
