At Tamish Creations, we strive to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 3-day return and refund policy subject to the terms outlined below.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order if:

* The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
* The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
* All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included with the returned item.

Returns requested after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

* Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
* Items returned without original packaging or accessories.
* Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products.
* Products showing signs of use after delivery.

How to Request a Return

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

* Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
* Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
* Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

Return Shipping

* If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by us, Tamish Creations will bear the return shipping cost.
* For all other approved returns, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

* Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
* Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined above.
